The placement and purchase of an order with Phoenix USA constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all the policies and notices listed below. Phoenix USA reserves the right to make changes to its website and the policies and notices at any time.
All prices listed in our website, advertisements and/or catalog do not include shipping and handling charges. All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Phoenix USA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at an incorrect price or any other typographical errors. Phoenix USA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Phoenix USA shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
All special order items must be prepaid before processing your order. Special order items cannot be canceled or returned.
Phoenix USA accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, checks, money orders, and certified checks payable to Phoenix USA. Bank transfers are also accepted; Transfer service fee will apply (determined by your bank). NSF Checks will be subject to a $35 return check fee to your account. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated.
All orders outside of the United States must be paid in full in USA Funds before any order will be processed. All foreign orders are final. No returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct part. All products manufactured by Phoenix USA, Inc. are warranted for suitability and workmanship, but should be inspected within 30 days from invoice date. We do not warranty any products that have been incorrectly installed, repaired, altered, or otherwise misused.
All products not manufactured by Phoenix USA will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
Customer is responsible for all freight charges on warranty returns..
All orders are shipped by best method freight. In stock items usually ship within 24hrs after receipt of order. Phoenix USA does not guarantee on-time delivery for out of stock items. Any expected shipment dates given to customer are approximate. Out of stock items will be placed on backorder. Shipping fees calculated by our shopping cart system are estimated. Shipping fees may be higher than stated by our shopping cart system for products using oversized boxes, multiple box shipments and backordered items.
All orders received by 2pm Central Time Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays.

Defective or damaged goods and shortages must be noted on bill of lading when signed for. All other issues, delays, failures in shipment or delivery, or any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Buyer, unless reported to Phoenix USA within 30 days of Phoenix USA invoice date.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the correct part before ordering and installing a particular part. All items returned are subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking fee. Returns are not accepted on special orders or obsolete items. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Phoenix USA within 30 days from Phoenix USA invoice date to be eligible for a return. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) must be issued before returning product. You may contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (931)526-6128 (option 1). The RMA# must be clearly marked on return packages, otherwise packages will be refused. All returns must be unused, in the same condition as sold to buyer and in its original packaging. Returned parts with missing packaging, instructions, or parts will be subject to a restocking fee. No returns or exchanges will be allowed if the item shows signs of having been installed, scratched, damaged or modified. If Phoenix USA does not accept a returned item as being defective and/or returnable for any reason, the buyer must accept any incurred cost.
PHOENIX USA PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY
Phoenix USA, Inc. warrants Phoenix USA manufactured products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from initial sale to the initial purchaser. Any potential claim should be initiated by contacting the Customer Service department at Phoenix USA to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number so that the defective item only can be returned to Phoenix USA for inspection and evaluation. If it is determined that the part in question was, in fact, defective, the part will be replaced at no charge. Any company who would like to be a part of our wholesale program must show proof of being a commercial business dealer and provide Phoenix USA with a valid Resale Certificate for Sales Tax.
Your credit application must be filled out completely.
Buy-in Requirements: Initial order of $4000.00 is customary.
