Air Plus braided stainless valve stem extensions for inner rear wheels. Air Plus extensions bring the inner valve fill into the nearest outer wheel hand hole with a spring clip stabilzer which mounts in the OE steel wheel hand hole. Mounts in 3.75"-4.25" oval hand hole, up to 17" diameter wheels.
