Warranty & Returns


In the event an item(s) need to be returned to Phoenix USA, Inc., the customer should contact Phoenix USA for approval and to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA). The RMA must be marked on the outside of the carton(s). Phoenix USA reserves the right to refuse items that are improperly packaged, are missing the original packaging or marked with an incorrect RMA number. Credit may not be issued for product that is damaged, altered, incorrectly installed, repaired, mounted, or otherwise misused. All returns may be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for freight charges on returned product. *Please note Special order items are nonreturnable.


All Phoenix USA, Inc. products are warranted from manufacturing defects and workmanship from 1 to 5 years limited warranty, depending upon product line. Stainless steel simulators have a 3-year limited warranty. Any products that have been incorrectly installed, repaired, altered or otherwise misused will void all warranty claims. Customer should contact Phoenix USA Warranty department to request returning defective item(s) and to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) for returning product to Phoenix USA, Inc. Upon receipt of product, trained personnel will inspect and evaluate the product(s) submitted for warranty claim. Determination of claim will be made and communicated to customer in a timely manner. Qualified items will be replaced at no charge and no freight. Customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred from returning items to Phoenix USA.
